Orders received on the days when we’re closed (Sunday and Monday) will be processed and posted when we’re back on Tuesday.
Due to ever changing taxes and fees, online postage options are currently only for UK addresses. If you’d like us to post an item overseas, we still can! Please just send us an email and we’ll calculate the shipping fee for you.

· Collection from Palette (98 Walcot Street, Bath BA1 5BG) – FREE!
RETURNS
If for any reason you’re not happy with your online order, we can accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue a refund for all items returned in their original condition, or if you’d prefer to exchange for another item or store credit, please let us know.
Please include the order form you received in the package when you return it, or if you can’t find this, include your name / address / order number / reason for return and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

We suggest that you use a ‘signed for’ service to avoid losing anything in the post.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Alternatively, you can return an online order to us in person (the same address as above) – our opening hours are 8.30am-4pm Tue-Fri, and 10am-4pm Sat.
Please note that unless a product is faulty, we are only able to offer exchanges or credit notes for purchases made in store.
